Business Performance Health Check – Terms of Service

 

By booking a Business Performance Health Check with SYNC OPT, you agree to the following:

 

The initial 15-minute consultation is complimentary

 

Any time beyond 15 minutes is billable

 

Additional time is charged at $575 + GST per 30 minutes

 

For in-person sessions, travel time and costs may be charged

 

Invoices will be issued to the engaging business and are payable within 2 days

Liability

 

SYNC OPT is not liable for any business decisions or outcomes resulting from the session

Pricing may be adjusted by agreement prior to the session
